TOOLS Ultra ECL-HRP Substrate is a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate with high sensitivity and unique chemiluminescent system. This reagent is suitable for detecting direct and indirect conjugated HRP antibodies and related antigens. TOOLS Ultra ECL-HRP Substrate detects the target protein sensitively with low background, higher stability and enhanced signal. Catalyzed by HRP, this chemiluminescent substrate can be used to expose X-ray film, or luminometer detection directly or other image detection systems.
